The airports location is close to Interstate I-77 north and south and I-70 east and west accessing various business locations. The airport currently has a 4,298’x 75′ of grooved asphalt runway.
There are tie downs for 8 aircraft, 10 T-Hangars, 1 Commercial Hangar, Unicom Communication, and Automated Weather Observation System.
The airport has 2 GPS approaches for Runway 4 & 22.
The airport has 2 courtesy cars available for short term use. (first come basis). The airport offers a quiet Pilots lounge with TV for relaxation for pilots while their clients attend meetings, etc. There are also hotels and restaurants within minutes of the airport.

The Cambridge Area Regional Airport Authority Board meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month @ 7:30am at the Cambridge Municipal Airport unless otherwise advertised. The public is welcome to attend.
